The forest is an illuminated installation that lines a route of pop-ups and local businesses taking part, the perfect setting for a wintry drink and spot of Christmas shopping. A very festive pop-up cinema brings the magic of the silver screen to Greenwich, with screenings of Christmas classics including It’s A Wonderful Life and family favourites Home Alone, Elf and Frozen. There is plenty to occupy younger visitors, including Kids’ Table craft sessions at Canteen every weekend. For grown-up crafters, Bloom East is hosting a wreath-making workshop on 8 December to perfect those handmade gifting skills. Or get inspired at NOW gallery, which is presenting a monumental knitted installation by fashion designer Matty Bovan.
Winter Jazz at Bureau is hosting a very special series on 8 and 9 December, with performances from Daisy George, Waldo’s Gift, Maria Chiara Argirò, Olive Jones and Ben Marc.
