We are a cashless venue and will only accept card and contactless payment methods.
Free drinking water points and cups are available throughout the venue and at all bars.
No liquids are permitted on entry, but you may bring one empty, transparent plastic bottle (up to 500ml). Please do not bring metal bottles.
Yes, in the designated smoking area located outside on the ground floor at the front of the venue. Please note if you are caught smoking or vaping anywhere other than the designated smoking area, you will be asked to leave the venue without a refund.
You can safely store your belongings at Magazine London with e-lockers.
The e-lockers are available to book in advance, making your entry and exit as seamless as possible:
• No queueing upon arrival
• You can easily share your locker with friends
• You can access your locker as many times as you want throughout the show
• There’s no deposit required and no key to return
All tickets will be checked and scanned on entry.
Searching is a condition of entry to protect your safety and that of other visitors. All persons entering the venue are also governed by the licence conditions and are liable for searches by security staff.
Full body and bag searches will be carried out before entry is granted. Any refusal by the ticket holder to comply with such searches may result in refusal of admission and eviction from the venue without refund or compensation. You are entitled to refuse the search and leave the venue at any point.
Once you have left the venue, re-admittance will not be permitted.
Please note you are NOT permitted to bring into (or use) any of the following items at the venue:
Illegal substances, legal highs or any other psychoactive substances, food, any form of liquid (including drinks and perfume), chewing gum, point-and-shoot cameras, bottles, weapons, ammunition, horns, whistles, drums, megaphones, amplification equipment, klaxons, air horns, fireworks, flares, smoke canisters, explosives, firearms, knives, blades, or any other article which may be used as a weapon or missile.
Large bags, hi-visibility tabards or similar, sponsorship, promotional or marketing material, marker pens, spray paint, or any other similar items that may be used to mark infrastructure. Costume masks are also not permitted.

We do not allow bags or rucksacks on-site that are bigger than an A4 piece of paper (21cm x 30cm). If you bring a bag or rucksack larger than this to the site, you will not be permitted entry with it.
We have lockers on-site that are available at a cost for smaller items and for storing personal items of clothing (coats, jackets).
Please only bring essential items with you to the venue.
Yes, we do. If you are lucky enough to look under the age of 25, you may be asked to show identification to prove your age to be granted entry to the venue for all shows where age restrictions apply. This also applies at all our bars if attempting to purchase alcohol.

Magazine London operate a strict zero tolerance drugs policy. Searches will be in operation, and this is a condition of entry to the venue. Anyone found in possession of illegal substances will be refused admission, ejected from the venue and may also be liable for prosecution. We reserve the right to pass your details to the relevant authorities should we consider an offence or criminal act has taken place.

We often deal with a large number of lost property requests, so please be patient while we go through all items.
Magazine London keeps lost and found items for a maximum of three weeks. After this period, they are passed on to local charity shops.
Valuable items may be held for a longer period. Items such as passports, IDs, and mobile phones are securely disposed of if not collected within the stated time frame of three weeks.
Please note we are not responsible for any personal items lost on-site.
Magazine London is a fully accessible venue.
There is step free access to the ground floor and an accessible lift to the Mezzanines.
We also have dedicated accessible toilet facilities, and there is a hearing loop available to use with prior arrangement.
